Basically only agents who's registered with Propertyguru can advertise on Propertyguru. If you want to do your own advertising, then I would suggest you can make use of Social Media such as Facebook or you can place your own newspaper ads.
Seriously speaking, the main thing in a tenancy is not just about finding a tenant and job is done. There are still many things to take note. Things such as, are your tenants legitimate tenants? What is the max lease term allowed? Crafting and understanding the tenancy agreement is also another thing. And when conflicts arises between landlord and tenant, how are we going to settle the issues. There are much things to take note of in a tenancy and in my own opinion, it can even be more complicated than a sale.
I would really recommend for you to engage a professional real estate salesperson to help you with the renting out of your house. I am not trying to say those things to make it sound complicated but it is really true. The best thing that you can hope for, is to be able to secure a good tenant hopefully and to have a peace of mind throughout the whole tenancy. And that will be more achievable with a professional assisting you.
