hi,i wanted to buy a resale house,i have 10k in cash would that be enuf? what else tht i need to prepare as document or anything else..pls help me on this...

Afternoon,

I'm afraid to say that the current going COV is at least $20k. You will also need to worry about your legal and stamp fee, although you can settle it using CPF, if you have sufficient.
