Yes you can add in your name into your mum hdb after selling your current place. But is there a particular reason why you need to do so? Thanks and hope to understand your plans and requirements further before making better recommendations.

Upon completion of sales for your unit, you can add your name as owner for your mother's unit. However, with the loan on your mother's unit being cleared, what is the purpose of doing so? By adding your name will also incur legal and stamp fee payable.

Dear sir/madam,

Assuming she is the sole owner now, to effectively get your name into the unit, your spouse's name needs to be included minimum as an occupier too in order to form a proper family nucleus. You may check the nucleus eligibility using this link at http://services2.hdb.gov.sg/webapp/BP13EligCheck/BP13J002.jsp.

As for including the shares for your siblings now, as long as your mum is not against the shares, it can be done if having the siblings name fits the nucleus conditions in that link.
