hi,i just had my valuation done a month ago and it seems my agent took so long to market my place,is it ok if i were to change agent now or should i change my agent after the valuation expire?

It's your call as to when you intend to change your representing salesperson. Problem is are there any ethnic restriction for the sales of your unit? How's your unit's condition, location, level and asking price? Is your salesperson proactive on the marketing of your unit?
