Afternoon,

You can either try to apply for bank loan, waiting for rejection letters and appeal to HDB for market rate loan for your upcoming purchase. Or walk into HDB, with your current credit report, and talk to the senior estate officer, for another HDB loan on your upcoming purchase. Either process will take awhile but having the custody of child and your mother being your dependent, the possible chances are high.

Do feel free to contact me for further discussion.

Hi there,

I am sorry to hear about your current state. What I can advise is similar to what Mike has mentioned.Should the loan be rejected, you may consider approaching your MP for help as I do understand that with their appeal, chances maybe higher for you to obtain a HDB loan.
