Hi,I have applied for a BTO 5 room and I got the queue number and was suppose to do flat selection this coming April'13.

But currently I am an owner of a 4-room resale flat which I bought from my parents 5 years ago.

Need to know do I need to pay a levy.

Afternoon,

Your term of "bought" from your parents is referring to standard resale procedure or transfer of ownership? Did you purchase the unit with grant?

    Gd afternoon,

    It was a standard resale procedure and I am paying for it monthly. Yes, I do take a first time grant but at that time what had been told to us is that if I take this grant the only thing I cannot do is to sell it before 5 years.
