Hi,I am single and wanted to get a flat for 410k. Right now i have 200k in cpf and i need to borrow another 210k from bank . However the bank can only lend me 180k the most and the rest i need to top up as cash.Togather with the stamp fees and rest of the staff i need at least a 100k as cash .My agent told me i can share with my elder sister, but her cpf savings gone to retirement plan and she left nothing to buy house.You give me some advise on this pls,tks.
