Evening,

You can purchase resale unit under public scheme with your parents. Your parents must be either SC or SPR. They will need to sell away their current unit, if any, within 6 months from key collection date. As for how much loan you can get from HDB, it will depend on your combined household income. This will then directly impact how much cash you will need to facilitate the purchase.

You can purchase with your spouse or parents, but if they have any hdb, they would have to sell it away later. How much loan you can take depends on your income, age and credit profile. Thanks and hope to discuss further and assist with your housing plans.
