Hi,I am interested to purchase a resale HDB flat but I have some questions regarding loans.
The things is I am a discharged bankruptcy since Mar 2009 and my wife have some bad records with the bank. Both of us are now working in Thailand and our combine income is about S$7,000 per month. So my question is, will HDB or bank approve loan since both of us have bad credit record with the bank? Any agent here can advise us what to do? We are thinking of moving back to SG..
