Hi, you may like to contact the branch officer at your estate regarding this issue. As a single PR cannot own a HDB unit.

Postpone the official divorced till after the hdb MOP if both of you are agreeable to some form of compromise .

Selling the hdb before mop is subject to hdb approval and likely to cost you SSD seller stamp duty ( financial penalty ) .

My charges are 1% commission for exclusive selling rights to your property or 2% for open listing .

Kindly contact me for a no-obligations chat for your property needs.

Good evening SPR,

You have to appeal to your branch office to sell before MOP. It will be based on case by case basis and there will be a high chance you will be subject to seller's stamp duty.

If you need any assistance or advice in your property sale, feel free to contact me. Cheers!
