Hi,expert pls help 1 of my relative Ben need cash urgently and somehow he lend 20k frm a agent and the agent 1 Ben 2 pay back 60% of interest that mean Ben have to pay 32k in 6mth those agent just like loan shark and the agent ask Ben to sign agreement letter to let them sell his 4 room flat going due date agent only bring 4 people to view the hs .Is this eligible for the loan shall Ben report to police for investigate how we going handle this matter

Hi Jacky,

I do not know the details of the agreement that your relative have with the agent. However, it seems that 60% interest in 6 months is way out of line. I think your relative may need police and legal assistance.
