Yes,you can use your CPf(OA only) to funds for your property purchase.But the initial 5% booking fee will still be of CASH only..Are you looking for resale/new launches?i have a few new launches in D19/15,direct from developer..ie Kovan Grandeur,Kovan Residences,The Minton,Waterline,Waterfront Gold,Espira Suites etc..Alternatively,i do have some resale condo listings on hand as well.Kindly contact me for more info..Thanks

Hi! Yes, you can use your CPF savings to buy a condo in Singapore, subject to certain limits and rules.

For example, if your condo purchase price is $800,000 and your CPF Ordinary Account (OA) has $150,000, you can use up to that $150,000 (plus accrued interest) towards the down payment and monthly mortgage instalments. The remaining amount you’ll need to pay with cash or bank loan.

Keep in mind, there are withdrawal limits and your CPF balance must maintain a Minimum Sum set by CPF Board.
