Professional service fees payable for acting of behalf of you in the resale transaction is 1% of the purchasing price and 7%GST. Let me know if I may assist further. Evening, Legal fee differ when you engage private and HDB lawyer. The only possibility to purchase two 3 room flat is when you have intention to purchase it under conversion scheme. To find 2 sellers who want to sell their unit at the same time is not easy. We will also need to contact HDB branch office on certain documentation before you will be eligible for the purchase.
