There is no doubt that you are able to purchase a resale HDB, however, your ownership of the condo apartment has to be relinquished within 6 months from taking possession of the HDB purchased. Perhaps you can get the source of information to get in touch with us as it is very dangerous advise to give. I cannot imagine the consequence for someone like yourself purchasing a resale HDB by listening to this information.
