Hi..can anyone advise pls.. I used to take up a HDB loan with my ex spouse for our BTO flat..now that we have split and the flat is to be surrendered..when I turn 35 and wish to buy a flat in the resale mkt on my own..can I take a HDB loan again?

Morning, Every SC are entilted to two HDB loan. As for your case, you might want to write into HDB and check if they have considered your first application since it did not fully went through. Good morning! No worries. A SC is entitled to take up HDB loan twice but your income can't exceeds $5000 if you decide to take up a HDB loan.
