Yes if you purchase BTO now, or resale with grant, you can still go for 2nd BTO. There will be a levy imposed however. Thanks may I assist with your housing plans further?

Every SC are eligible to purchase two subsidized HDB unit. However, levy will be payable by cash if you managed to get your second BTO unit.

Good afternoon Jordan,

You will be subject to resale levy based on the unit own (3RM, 4RM, 5RM etc).

For instance, if you own a BTO or resale HDB WITH CPF housing grant then your next unit is a BTO, you need to pay resale levy.

If you purchase a resale HDB WITHOUT CPF housing grant, you don't have to pay resale levy for your next purchase of BTO.
