Afternoon,

Did you purchase your 5 room flat with HDB grant and loan, or is it a brand new unit?
If your current unit is purchased under the above condition, your MOP will be 5 years, thus you are not eligible to sell.
As to renting out your current unit, as you are moving oversea, you would need to appeal from HDB for approval.
