hi, would like to ask.. i'm trying to apply for HLE for the BTO i got in punggol.. but i just changed job and started in april.. my bf is unemployed now however he is starting a new job in july.. any one know what are the chances the hle will be approved?
if it is rejected, can i just go ahead select a unit n apply again when we are about to sign the lease like 4months later? by then, our cpf would be more or less stable from their point of view right??
ps. our cpf is not really stable due to change of jobs but still we have sufficient to cover the 5% downpayment..
