Hi,

Would appreciate if anyone could advise me on below.

My fiance and his parents owns a new BTO (just 1 yr plus bought) . Apparently he wants to remove his name and replaced it with his sister name. We went to HDB but were informed due to his parents already taken 3 time loan, it would be difficult to change owner. Please advise any solution for this? Thanks in advance.

Hi Farah, I'm afraid there isn't any solution for this case. If there is any, then HDB staff would have told you guys when you went to their office.

    Hi Aaron, thanks for your reply. I did call up another time, and hdb branch officer inform us to try apply for HLE. Have you ever come across anyone succeed in taking 4th loan? Btw the parents are financing only a small percentage currently.
