Morning,

Based on the current ruling, as long as you are using your CPF monies or your name to obtain a mortgage loan, you have to be included as one of the owner of the residential unit.

Hi,

Unfortunately you can't, your name must be inserted into the property ownership before you can use cpf to service the mortgage. Thanks and hope to assist with your plans further.

Warm Regards,

Good morning,

I am afraid to inform you that you are not eligible to do so. You can do so if you are the owner of the property you wish to make partial or full repayment on.

Hope my sharing is beneficial to you.
