Hi, will HDB disapprove my application to rent out my HDB flat to stay at my condo?I have fulfilled the MOP.

Hi Khim,

I do not see any reason for HDB to reject your application in general. If it really gets rejected, I think you should check with HDB for the reason for rejection.

Morning Khim,

According to current ruling, if you are SC and have fulfilled your MOP, HDB is likely to approve your application for rental of your HDB unit. However, if you are PR, there might a be chance for your application to be rejected.
