Hi, when i applied for In Principle Approval for a purchase of resale hdb, the bank rejected it due to previous bad credit. how do i go about to reapply to other banks ? Will the results be the same? My spouse and me both are SC, total income 8k

Evening, Did you apply for the loan based solely on your name or with combined income? If it's based solely on your name, you can try to apply for it again, using your spouse as the main applicant.
