Hi,

1) This is known as a resale of part-share.
2) Your parents must have sufficient financial capacity in terms of cash/CPF/loan to buy over your share.
3) The process is actually the same as a normal sale of the entire flat.
4) Your parents must apply for the HFE in order to start the process.
5) You will have to submit an intent to sell as well.
6) You may refer to the HDB website for the detail of the resale of the part-share selling process.
