Hi,

What is the current situation of valuation and asking COV for 5 rooms @ Bedok Reservoir View?

Must the Completion Date be no later than the Date of taking possession? If so, are there buyers willing to wait 4-5 months after signing of Option to Purchase?

Hi Flat Owner,

The valuation at bedok reservoir view currently should be between $460 to $500k, depending on which level is your unit. There are units transacted more than $500k in the past few months.

Regard to the date, during completion, you will need to hand over the possession also. There will be buyer that are willing to wait after completion but 4 to 5 month far too long. You also need to take note that extension stay is considered illegal.
