More or less it will definitely affect, however, threshold of heat for individuals are different therefore it is not up to me to say no problem and so. If indeed this is a concern, what are the avenues you can take to reduce or eliminate this issue. Anyway to rectify the problem? Most buyers whom I met are very objective that when they see potential problems, they worry instead of looking into how the issues can be eliminated or reduced especially when it is relatively difficult to come across units which the whole family genuinely likes. As usual, there is never a perfect home or even if there is one, chances are price will not be right. Do strike a right balance while doing your home search.
