Hi,
We would like to upgrade from 3room to EC. My question is, are we eligible to apply for new EC and grant with the following circumstances;
We are currently living in a HDB flat which I bought from my dad without any grant. My husband used to own HDB with parent's grant from his previous marriage. He has sold his share to his ex-wife.

Hi,

you are considered as a first timer while your husband is a second timer; you can enjoy half grant as a result. However, your husband final judgement date will affect your eligibility to buy an EC.
