HI! we would like to sell our current 5 rm HDB and intend to buy a private property at either D16 or D17. As cash needed for purchases of new property will be mainly from selling off my existing HDB, my question are:
1) Will we get back all the cash on the excess from the sales consideration of current unit after repayment of CPF used and oustanding loan balance? Or it will go back to CPF?
2) Can both of the above transaction be arranged at the same time?
