Hi, we would like to apply for the upcoming EC but we exceed the income ceiling by around S1.4K. Then we would like to try our luck to appeal it, although we know the chance is slim. May I know what the procedure to appeal? Need to apply for EC first, get rejected, then only appeal? Need to appeal through a property agent? Or can we appeal directly to HDB or the developer? Thank you.

From past experience, any appeal will be subjected to acceptance by Developer first before it being forwarded to HDB review and acceptance. Check with the marketing agent first whether developer will accept your application before investing your time and effort to appeal. In general, Developer do not accept appeal during the initial launch stage or bounced out units. Read More

Hi

The last appeal we made for a client who had marginal exceeded the $16,000 took close to 9 months before its was approved. However, there are other complexity to the case. Nevertheless, they manage to buy The Provence.
