Hi... we sold off our condo may 2010 that we need to wait for 30 mths if we would like to use the hdb grant to purchase hse near parents... however I would like to ask is there a income ceiling for the 40k grant... our monthly combined is 10k

Morning Ms. Wan,

To be eligible for housing grant, the income ceiling is placed at $10k. You would have already fulfilled your 30 months time bar for the purchase.
