Hi. We’re a couple (both Singapore PR, not yet married) and exploring the option of getting an executive condo.
Under HDB rules, are we eligible to get an exec condo? Also, in the property guru listings, I see flats termed as Executive Apartments. Are executive condos and executive apartments the same thing? Thanks!
