hi we r spr (more than 3 year),we planned to buy hdb resale flat at yishun which cost valuation price 320k our combined cpf(ordinary account) have 66k and cash around 24k r we able to buying? Thank

Morning, Being SPR buyers, you will be liable for 5% ABSD which will sum up to around $16k. The stamp fee will be around $5k which can be paid by CPF. Hence the deciding factor will be how much loan you can get, based on your combined income status, age and loan period. Do feel free to contact me for further discussion. Good morning, You should able to afford $320k property if you take 20% downpayment, estimated 3% buyer' stamp duty and 5% additional buyer's stamp duty.
