Hi, we r SPR and have about 45k cpf ordinary account. Cash on hand is about 45k. How much HDB we can look for?Let say 450k, how much the cash on hand we have to standby and how much stamp duty we need to pay? thanks

Afternoon Zoe, Let's say you are looking at purchasing a unit at $450k, you will need $90k for 20% downpayment, assuming your bank loan is based on 80%. You will also need $22500 for ABSD. You will also need $11k for legal and standard stamp fee. Based on the cash and CPF you have in hand, you can look at units at around $360k to $380k.
