Hi.. we just got out SPR in May2013 before goverment announced the new PRs rule. Are we still eligible to buy resale HDB flat?

Afternoon Mint,

The new ruling takes immediate effect which applies to all PR who are less than 3 years. Hence both of you need to wait out till you have fulfilled the 3 year mark before you can jump back into the market.

Hi Mr Mint,

Sorry to inform you that you are not eligible to buy resale HDB until the three years condition is fulfilled.

It maybe a good time to consider a reasonable size condo.
