We had purchased a unit at The Lenox during its launch. Currently we are eyeing another unit from another project.

Pls advise if it is possible to sell the unit at The Lenox.
Whats the procedure?
Got it at around $500k. no loan.
How much should my asking be in order to break even?

Hi, If your cost is $500k, plus you paid stamp duty which would add up to $515k, + agents comm of 2% + Lawyers conveyancing fees, basically plus minus your cost would be $525k.
