A lot of my clients who are selling and buying concurrently have the same question in mind.
For my clients, I will usually advise them to sell first before they buy. This is because in the current market condition where supply is greater than demand, it is easier to buy as compared to sell.
By selling first, you will be able to achieve the ideal price you want and avoid the need to sell urgently when you buy first due to the timeline given by HDB to sell.
I have assisted many of my clients to sell and buy concurrently and ensure that they are transit smoothly from their current house to their new place without the need of a temporary shelter.
