Hi,

We bought a resale flat with HDB grant under the Fiancé & Fiancée scheme. The sale was completed with HDB's approval to provide marriage after 3 months. Covid happened and we haven't gotten married.

My question would be, what is the amount of money we stand to lose if we give up the house now. Thank you.

I’m sorry to hear about your plight. In your case, you would need to email to your HDB branch office of your estate to find out more.
