Hi! We bought a house at The Bayshore from the developer 2 years ago.we want to move to Tanjong Rhu to be closer to the city.what would be the additional costs such as stamp duty, agent fee,etc??

1. Agent fee for selling (2%)
2. Stamp duty (buying 3% - $5400)
3. Lawyer fee (buy and sell about 5K)
