Hi, We are the first time buyer for resale HDB flat. My husband is SC and I am a SPR. If we take grant, can we take Bank loan rather than HLE loan.

Afternoon Snow,

If you are to talk HDB grant, you need to take HDB loan. If you want to take Bank loan, you are not eligible for HDB loan.
