Hi,

We are SPR's and are planning to buy a Resale HDB flat from the open market. Typically, how long does the whole process take before the house keys are turned over to me starting from, say, at the time the house owner accepts my OTP offer?

Please help answer my question as me and my wife are putting in place a plan to buy a resale HDB flat.

The HDB volume has greatly reduced now and the whole transaction would be faster now. It takes 3 months.

Hi,

Based on the current HDB sales volume, its probably takes about 3 months. However, please take note that this time is not fixed and depend on the resale volume.
