Hi

We are PR couple with a PR child and are interested to buy a resale 4-room HDB next year. Our monthly income is less than $14,000. My parents who are holding LTVP pass are staying with us.
I'd like to explore how much amount of grant we can get with our current condition as PR family. And how much amount of grant will be different if we wait until we become citizens and buy resale?

For SPR, there is no grants available. Housing grants are for Singapore Citizen household. Read More

Hi,

I wish to inform you that SPR/SPR family nucleus are not eligible for any Housing Grants.

You will need to have at least 1 Singapore Citizen to be entitle for Housing Grant. The amount of Grant varies. It depends on the flat type you purchase, as well as your combined monthly household income.
