For SPR buyers, you will require the following amount of funds to facilitate the purchase:

1) 5% ABSD
2) 5% Cash Down payment (80% loan)
3) 15% CPF / Cash Down payment (80% loan)
4) 3% Standard Stamp duty
5) Valuation Fee
6) HDB admin Fee
7) Property Tax refund
8) Insurance
9) Legal Fee
