Hi, we are pr couple and we wish to buy a hdb cost 435000 at boonlay. May I know how much cash that we need to prepare to purchase? We are eligible for 80% loan.

Afternoon,

Assuming that your unit's valuation and purchase price is at $435k and that both of you do not have any CPF at hand, you will need around $120k, excluding COV and salesperson commission.
