Hi, we are planning to buy a shoebox apartment where we can stay asap (we want to move also by the end of the year). But it's quite difficult for all the ads we saw online are newly launch. Where to find a already built unit? Thanks.

Hi John, I have a few shoebox units for sale:

1) The Rochester, collecting key in a couple of weeks. Walking distance to Buona Vista MRT

2) Alexis. Collect keys in Dec 2011. Advantage is, price will usually increase upon TOP. Can bring you to take a look at the place. Walking distance to Queensway MRT, IKEA, etc.
