Hi,
We are married singaporeans,my husband is 37 and I'm 36.Are we still able to get a 30 yrs loan tenure and 80% loan from banks?

Evening,

For 80% loan, the current requirement is that loan tenure is not more than 30 years or exceed 65 years of age. For your case, to get 30 years loan, you would have exceed 65 years of age. Therefore, you can only get 60% loan if you need 30 year loan tenure.
