Hi we are married sc, our total monthly income is 4k, debt free,our total cpf is about 150k and cash 80k.what is the roughly maximum price of new EC unit we can purchase? agents who have clients with similar salary range can share?thanks

Hi, Yes, I have a similar profile client that purchased an EC recently. The important step is to perform a financial check with a banker and get an idea of the loan that you are eligible to borrow from the bank.
