Hi, We are looking to buy a hdb 5 room unit in Singapore. We are looking either in Sengkang or Punggol area. I heard recently that it is good to buy in Punggol because Punggol will develop more in future there and the HDB prices will increase compared to Sengkang. Please advise us in this to help us to decide the location. Thanks
