Good afternoon, Normally IPA will be valid for 1 month. So if you are unable to purchase an unit of your choice, you will have to reapply again. If you do, bank will generate a letter of offer (LO) to exercise the option to purchase (OTP). Normally EC booking date is 1 or 2 weeks from the launch date, probably during this period, you can apply for IPA to find out how much both of you are able to loan.
