Hi, we are a SC and SPR household. We have bought a HDB flat which is still within the MOP (ends in Sep 2016). We know that we are eligible to apply for a BTO whose TOP is after Sep-2016. Are we eligible to buy an EC now?

If you have bought a resale HDB without any grant, then you are eligible to buy an EC whose TOP date is after Sep 16. If you are eligible, the next thing would be the finances.
