We are a PR married couple and eligible to buy HDB resale flat in 2019. Planning to buy a 3 room hdb with budget around 300k.
Can anyone help to tell me how much funds i need to prepare to buy our first home with bank loan.
current estimated cpf have $70k.
Can we use our CPF OA to make full downpayment paymenT?
