Hi we are a family of five looking at owning a HDB flat for the first time. Is it possible for my parents to register for a resale flat and I will pay as they do not have any incomedans reduced CPF funds due to medical bills?

Based on your description, your family should be able to purchase a resale HDB under the public scheme with your family as the neucleus.

Perhaps, you may wish to explore the various financing options, via bank loan or HDB loan. You will need to be assessed for your income level to see if you are able to afford to take up the financing of the unit solely.
